There are a small number of places available for persons wishing to attend the morning workshop and to participate in the debate but without presenting a paper. There is no fee for the workshop but numbers are limited.

Small bursaries may be available to fund the travel and subsistence expenses for UK postgraduate students. If you wish to apply for a bursary please contact Emily Ryder.

Speakers will include Mary Contini (of Valvona & Crolla and author of Dear Francesca: An Italian Journey of Recipes Recounted with Love and Dear Olivia: An Italian Journey of Love and Courage), Prof Margaret Rose (Milan State University), Laura Pasetti (Piccolo Teatro, Milan) and members of the Italian Scottish Community.
